Code of Conduct

TrueVisions has developed a detailed code of ethics. All staffs understand that a respectful, ethical and safe work environment begins with their behavior. Staff are accountable for all there actions and for conducting business with honesty and integrity. Some of the basic principles of our code of conduct are:

1. We will be respectful, cooperative and helpful toward customers, suppliers, our coworkers, employees and the general public.
2. We will not disparage or misrepresent the corporation or any TrueVisions employee.
3. We will not act dishonestly, nor act in an abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing or obscene manner toward any employee or others with whom we come in contact during the course of business.
4. We will not act dishonestly, or, without proper authorization, access, use or disclose company records, data, funds, property or information (whether or not it is proprietary).
5. We will not act dishonestly, or, without proper authorization, use property or funds belonging to co workers and customers, or improperly access, use or disclose records, data or information about employees or third parties, such as contractors and customers that have been entrusted to the corporation.
6. We will not access a customer’s account, record data transmissions or other communications, or divulge their existence or content except as required for proper business management.
7. We will not be dishonest or fraudulent in our dealings with the company.
8. We will not use company assets or time in connection with outside business activities
9. We will not accept gratuities, or tips of any kind, nor give any customer or supplier the impression that we would do so. If one is offered, we will politely refuse, explaining that it is against company policy to accept it.
10. We will respect to the authority of our supervisors.
11. We will not permit a hostile work environment. We will create harmonious relationship among all employees.
12. We will realize that our responsibility on jobs is a priority and we will undertake this with faithfulness and integrity.
13. 13. We will always improve knowledge to develop ourselves.
