Executive Committee
 

The Executive Committee has the scope of power and duties to supervise management of the Company to ensure that it operates in accordance with the policy imposed by the Board of Directors, as follows:

1. Formulate and propose to the Board of Directors the policies, direction, strategies and management structure of the Company’s business.
2. Prescribe and propose to the Board of Directors the business plans, budget, and management authorities of the Company.
3. Monitor and pursue compliance with policy and management direction.
4. Monitor and follow up on the operating results of the Company.
5. Consider any large investment projects proposed for.
6. Consider and set the remuneration of senior management.
7. Set approval and authority limits for all transactions in the company.
 
The Executive Committee cannot approve the transactions which the Executive Committee or the persons who may have conflict has interest or may have conflict of interest in other nature with the Company or subsidiaries.
 
The Executive Committee comprises 8 directors and the company’s Chief Executive, Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officers. The Executive Committee reports to the Board of Directors.
