3.) Other remuneration

3.1) |
According to the Employee Securities Option Plan, the Company allocated |

42% and 27% of warrants for the members of Executive Committee and |
|
management of the Company, respectively. The allocated warrants will be |
|
allocated to the members of Executive Committee and management in 3 main |
|
levels depending on status of the members of Executive Committee and/or employees, as follows: |
