A1: Subscribers can contact TrueVisions through TrueVisions Care 0-2725-2525 by select your current viewing package or other service then press your subscriber number/smartcard number or truelife ID number. If you are not aware of your subscriber number you may check from 1. Monthly invoice 2. Monthly magazine label 3. Smart card number*

 *you can verify your smart card number by pull out the smart card from the IRD and look for 11 digits number at the back of the card then put it back in the IRD

 Besides our TrueVisions Care, we also provide self service via automate system which are refresh signal, subscription fee inquiries, program inquiries and many more.

 

Q2: How to get my payments deducted from my bank account or credit card account, and what are the privileges I will get?
 
A2: For your convenience, you can choose to make payments via bank account or credit card account. You will get a 2% discount on your monthly service fee. - To deduct from bank account - To deduct from credit card account
 

Q3: How can I learn about news, special events, and promotions from True Visions?
 
A3: You can receive news update, special events, and various promotions and member privileges by means of on-screen updates, monthly magazine (TrueVisions magazines), website: www.truevisionstv.com , monthly statements, our Customer Service Center number 0-2725-2525 operating from 08.00 - 22.00 daily, and our service representatives located nationwide
 

Q4: What do I do when important documents are not received?
 
A4: If documents fail to reach you due to incorrect or incomplete address, a change in area zip code, mailing mistake or loss documents, you can verify your mailing address at the section called "Verify Address." If your mailing address is correct but you still have not received our documents, please call TrueVisions Care at 0-2725-2525 during 08.00 - 22.00 daily, or contact our service representatives located nationwide during business hours.
 

Q5: What do I do if I get disconnected?
 
A5: You will need to pay up all overdue service fees, together with a reinstatement fee of 145.52 Baht. Please then call our TrueVisions Care at 0-2725-2525 during 08.00 - 22.00 daily to get reinstated.
