| Q1: Why are program schedules given in the TrueVisions magazine sometimes incorrect, especially on the ESPN and Star Sports channels? |

| A1: The production of the TrueVisions magazine take about two months, from content, layout, proof reading, printing, to final delivery. The program schedules are also provided by the foreign channels two months in advance but often change during magazine production or delivery. This is experienced especially with the ESPN and Star Sports channels who notify changes all the time, whether they be a change in the on-air time, cancellation of broadcast, signal problems, change of matches, technical difficulties, or satellite problems. As such, these changes cannot be reflected in the magazine and we apologize accordingly for any inconvenience this may cause. Q2: Why is my TrueVisions Magazine sometimes delivered late, while at other times it's not delivered at all? |

| A2: The TrueVisions Magazine is normally delivered to you on the 25th of each month, for example the May TrueVisions Magazine would have arrived on the 25th of April. In cases where the magazine is not received, this could stem from the mailing process in each area throughout the country. Delays may be possible given the high volume of magazines to be delivered. However, TrueVisions is constantly looking for ways to improve the situation and have found that with some members, the given mailing address is incorrect.
