| Q1: Why do movie channels have their programs rerun? |
| |
| A1: True Visions's program schedules and broadcast time are set according to international standard to serve various groups of members who have different watching times. Movies are shown and rerun at different times, so that members can catch every movie broadcast. However, TrueVisions offers numerous movie channels to give you a broader choice and at the same time avoid repeating movie shows for the same group of viewers. |
|
Q2: Why are some programs not shown according to schedules in the TrueVisions Magazine, especially ESPN and Star Sports? |
| |
| A2: TrueVisions Magazines are prepared up to 2 months in advanced to allow for production, including layouts, content preparation, proofing, printing, and mailing. Program schedules are usually received from the channel owners 2 months in advance, but they can be changed during the production of TrueVisions Magazine. The company sincerely apologizes for the inconveniences caused. However, members can now check the most up-to-date program schedules at our website, under "Program Schedule" section. |
|
Q3: How does TrueVisions inform members of changes in program schedules? |
| |
| A3: As soon as TrueVisions gets notified by program owners, a message will be shown as still slide before show time and during breaks. For urgent or important programs, there will be additional streamer messages at the bottom of your TV screen. |
|
Q4: Why aren't there Thai commentators' voices during sports rerun, but there are in live broadcast? |
| |
| A4: Replayed sports matches are cut and broadcast directly from abroad. That is why TrueVisions cannot combine them with the Thai commentators' voices recorded during live broadcast. |
