| Q5: Some live broadcasts do not include Thai commentators' voices, and they are not quite as good. What are TrueVisions's standard conditions to include commentator teams? |
| |
| A5: TrueVisions cannot provide commentators' voices for all sports programs, due to budget restrictions. We can only provide commentators for sports and matches of high interests amongst the Thai audience, such as football or tennis. |
|
Q6: Can I buy/record programs in TrueVisions channels? |
| |
| A6: International programs broadcast by TrueVisions are subject to a Broadcasting Contract that prohibits reproduction, re-recording, or otherwise modification of programs and signals. A bleach of these conditions will result in violation of the contract and severe consequences. For members who wish to use domestic programs shown via TrueVisions's channels, e.g. News24 or True X-Zyte, for educational or charitable purposes, please write to: "Program Director, 118/1, 12th Floor, TIPCO Building, Rama VI Road, Samsen Nai, Phayathai, Bangkok 10400" Please state your purposes of copying or purchasing the program tapes. Our staff will call you back to inform you of expenses that may arise from the recording/purchasing. |

Q7: Some movies or programs are cut/censored. What are the criteria used in editing part of the movies/programs. |
| |
| A7: Normally, the measures used in editing/cutting movies and programs are based on decency and morality. Explicit scenes with nudity, love scenes, violence, or inappropriate action/dialogues, for example a character smoking a cigarette, are censored with a message "Smoking is harmful for your health" shown. TrueVisions makes every effort to edit the programs with minimum interruption to your viewing pleasure. |

Q8: Why do Cinemax (13) and Star Movies (14) sometimes show the same movie at the same time and date? |
| |
| A8: Cinemax and Star Movies sometimes show one movie concurrently because some production studios do not sell the broadcasting rights exclusively to a channel. Also, some movies have become a focus of public interests and are so highly acclaimed that the two channels need to buy the broadcasting rights and bring them to the audience as soon as possible. |
