Private Placement
 
1998 - TrueVisions had completed a series of capital raising exercises culminating with an international institutional private placement. A total of Baht 5,860.4 million was raised allowing TrueVisions to clear all outstanding debt and raise sufficient cash to fund growth of its business.
 
The First Digital Cable Service
 
2003 – TrueVisions Cable launched Thailand’s first digital cable service.
 
Academy Fantasia
 
2004 – TrueVisions produced the first reality show, Academy Fantasia and proved to be phenomenally popular with subscribers.
 
UBC Fantasia
 
2005 - TrueVisions had invested Baht 12.75 million in a newly formed company, UBC Fantasia, which TrueVisions held a 51% stake and the remaining 49% is owned by Eliconia Group.
 
Decreased TrueVisions Capital
 
2005 - TrueVisions had decreased the company’s registered and paid-up capital, by reducing the par value from Baht 10 to Baht 3 without any changes in the number of shares.
 
Delisted Shares from SET
 
2006 – TrueVisions’ shares were delisted from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
