More Convenient with Channel Relocation

Trouble Shooting for New Channel Relocation
Subscribers with ABS brand receiver units [model: ABS 8976 and ABS 3Q76(DStv) / ABQ 3Q76(CAtv Digital)]
1. Press the “MENU” button on your remote control and select “[4] SETUP” press OK
2. Select “[3] INSTALLATION” press OK
3. Enter Password "2321"
4. Select “[1] MANNUAL TUNING” press OK
5. Select “Apply these settings” press OK
IRD will be search for signal about 3 seconds, after that the signal will be back as usual.
Subscribers with ABS brand receiver units [model: ABS 9877 and ABS 9976]
1. Press the “MENU” button on your remote control and select “[6] SETUP” press OK
2. Select “[3] INSTALLATION” press OK
3. Enter Password "2321"
4. Select “[1] MANNUAL TUNING” press OK
5. Select “Apply these settings” press OK
IRD will be search for signal about 3 seconds, after that the signal will be back as usual.
Subscribers with PACE brand receiver units
1. Press the “MENU” button on your remote control and select “[4] INSTALLATION” press OK
2. Enter Password "4252"
3. Select “[1] CHANNEL TUNING” press OK
4. Select “Retune with these settings”
5. Press OK to retune frequency
6. Press OK to confirm
Subscribers with TOP FIELD (TF6300IR) brand receiver units (For DStv only)
1. Press the “MENU” button on your remote control and move the cursor to “[3] INSTALLATION” press OK
2. Enter password “2321”
3. Move the cursor to “[2] MANNUAL TUNING” press OK
IRD will
be search for signal about 3 seconds, after that the signal will be back as usual.
Remark: If you follow this process, IRD will be back to the first default data.
Shortcut : Press number "0" on your remote control and press "OPT" button
Humax (IR-H100S and IR-H100C)
Subscribers with Humax (IR-H100S and IR-H100C)
brand receiver units
1. Press the “MENU”
button and select “Set Up” press OK
2. Select
“Installation” press OK
3. Enter password
“2321”
4. Select “Manual Tuning” press OK
5. For
TOP FIELD select “Start Search” then press OK, for Humax press
OK.
The IRD will search for signal for about 3 seconds,
after which normal operation will resume.
PVR (H100S)
Subscribers with PVR (H100S) receiver
units
1. Press the “MENU” button on your remote
control and select “Setting” press OK
2. Select “Software
Settings” press OK
3. Select “Channel Scan”
4.
Press OK to confirm receiver restart and your unit will then
restart with channels automatically rearranged in their new
locations.
Remark: After
channel relocation, program recording (My Schedule) will no
longer function as previously set up. Therefore, you will need
to cancel any previous recording set-ups and re-program each
one. You can delete your previous recoding settings as
follows:
1.Go to “My Schedule” menu
2.Programs which
cannot be recorded will be highlighted in red.
3.Press the red button to cancel the program
recording
