Easy troubleshooting on signal interruption problems

Error Code: E-52..Searching for satellite signal
Initial Solution:On switching the IRD, the system will be searching for signal until normal signal is achieved.
Error Code: E-48..No signal Initial Solution:Check the F-type connector connecting to IRD whether it is tightly screwed.
Error Code: E-64..Frequency not allowed Initial Solution:Press the Installation Menu . Enter the Installation code 2321 . Press the Satellite Configuration. Select Apply these settings press OK . To apply settings, press OK |

Signal interruption of the CAtv fiber-optic cable system may be caused by various factors ranging from road construction, a fallen electrical post or fiber-optic cable maintenance. In the case of inevitable planned maintenance, TrueVisions will notify members ahead of the scheduled time through on-screen messages. |

Therefore,if you are unable to receive set-top box signals, please check whether your television set or the set-top box receiver unit is properly plugged into the power socket..

Press the Menu button on your remote control unit until the main Menu screen display appears. Then move the cursor to "Set-up Operation" and press Select.. |

If the message "DATA: OK" appears on-screen, reception of program signals are functioning properly. However, if no message appears on your television screen or your receiver fails to receive any signals, the interruptions may be caused by road construction, fallen electrical post or on-going maintenance of fiber-optic cable networks.
