4. You should not expose your TrueVisions decoder to extreme temperatures, high humidity, or dust particles.
5. You should not place anything other than your Smart Card and CA Module in the sockets or empty spaces in your decoder.
6. You should not scratch or peel off any label on your TrueVisions decoder, especially the serial number and barcode as they are required references for maintenance calls.
7. You should have your TrueVisions decoder turned on at all times in order to ensure that the company is able to provide updates on various kinds of information whenever the situation arises.
The receiver equipment is the property of TrueVisions. We request that subscribers follow maintenance instructions listed above to ensure their lasting use.
