Equipment Maintenance
1 January 2007

To ensure optimal performance from your TrueVisions decoder and avoid unnecessary interruptions in your viewing or costly service calls, we suggest that you take the following maintenance measures.

1. You should not place anything over the air vent of your TrueVisions decoder as this will hamper the ventilation and cooling of the TrueVisions decoder.
2. You should not place any other electrical equipment, such as a VCR, on your TrueVisions decoder as it could increase the level of heat.
3. You should not place your TrueVisions decoder near liquids or anything which could melt and leak into the TrueVisions decoder.

4. You should not expose your TrueVisions decoder to extreme temperatures, high humidity, or dust particles.

5. You should not place anything other than your Smart Card and CA Module in the sockets or empty spaces in your decoder.

6. You should not scratch or peel off any label on your TrueVisions decoder, especially the serial number and barcode as they are required references for maintenance calls.

7. You should have your TrueVisions decoder turned on at all times in order to ensure that the company is able to provide updates on various kinds of information whenever the situation arises.

The receiver equipment is the property of TrueVisions. We request that subscribers follow maintenance instructions listed above to ensure their lasting use. In case the equipment is damaged or lost, a fee may be incurred. In such event please report it to the TrueVisions Care at Tel.0-2725-2525 between 8.00 - 22.00 everyday including holidays.
