Channel Relocation

Dear Members,
On September 9, 2008 from 00:01 hrs to 04.00 hrs, TrueVisions has launched 2 new entertainment channels and re-numbering as well as relocating our channels within digital system. The 2 new channels are as follows;
1. True Asian Series: A 24-hour Series channel with leading series from all over Asia.
2. Hay Ha: A fun channel for the whole family that will truly brighten up your mood and keep you smiling.
Please note that this channel relocation applies to DStv and CAtv (digital) systems only . Subscribers with analog cable equipment (CAtv Analog) will not be affected.
Our channel relocation may affect your set-top box. Should you encounter any problems, please use the following to rectify any problems:
1. Check our TrueVisions Magazine. The September issue has problem-solving tips on pages 78-79.
2. Contact TrueVisions care at 0-2725-2525 press 0 to contact an operator, or press 4 to receive information via fax. (Please prepare your TrueVisions ID number)
