Terms and Conditions  1.This Accidental Death Insurance with Income Compensation in case of Admittance to the Hospital (“privilege”) is offered to True customers. It is under cooperation between the True Group (“True”) and Allianz C.P. General Insurance Company Limited (“the Company”). Eligible persons are able to receive the privilege from 31 March to 31 December 2008. 2. This privilege is valid for True customers (“users”) aged between 15 and 65 years old who subscribe for postpaid service as individual persons for a period of at least one month (billing cycle) as from the date of registration. 3. The following are services available for the privilege:  •  True fixed line •  WE PCT  •  Dial up Internet  •  Broadband Internet  •  Wi-Fi Internet  •  TrueMove Post Pay •  True Visions    4. Users under Clause 3 are eligible to the protection according to the following circumstances:  4.1 Accidental death insurance of 100,000 Baht covers death caused by accident anywhere in the world throughout 24 hours excluding injury, infection, suicide, abortion, duties as a soldier, a policeman or a volunteer, quarrel, any act while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, crime, taking passage by non-commercial aircraft, war, terrorism, riot and strike subject to terms and conditions set forth by True and the Company. 4.2 Income compensation in case of admittance to the hospital due to accident with 24 hour protection worldwide excluding terrorism, riot, war. The protection covers injury from accident and admittance to the hospital for a continual period of not less than five days as from the date of accident. Accordingly, the users are eligible to income compensation which helps release the user’s burden while being admitted to the hospital under the coverage amount and terms and conditions set forth by True and the Company as per accident.  5. Income compensation in case of admittance to the hospital due to accident under Clause 4.2 are calculated from the aggregate of phone number rental/minimum monthly fee (“service fee”) of all postpaid services according to Clause 3 which are registered as individual person under the user’s name as at the date of each accident.     Service fees Compensation per accident  Less than 295 baht/month 1,000 baht 295 – 499 baht/month 2,000 baht More than 500 baht/month 3,000 baht 6.  Users are eligible to the protection according to terms and conditions set forth by True and the Company after having confirmed for acceptance of this privilege through the specified channel within the specified period. 6.1 In the case where the confirmation for acceptance of this privilege has been done before the protection receiving from True for the year 2008 is expired: •  the accidental death protection will begin as from the date of the protection receiving from True for the year 2008 is expired. •  Income compensation in case of accidental death insurance will begin as at 00:00 a.m. of the date of confirmation for the acceptance of the privilege.   6.2 In case of confirmation for acceptance of this privilege has been done after the protection receiving from True for the year 2008 is expired: •  Accidental death insurance and income compensation in case of admittance to the hospital due to accident will begin at the simultaneous time as at 00:00 a.m. of the date of confirmation for acceptance of the privilege.    7.  This privilege is valid for a period of 365 days as from the date of protection according to terms and conditions set forth by True and the Company and will immediately end on which the user terminates or is terminated all True monthly services registered as individual persons. 8.  The Company and True reserve the rights to offer the protection to qualified users and retain the status of the said users throughout the protection period. Accordingly, one user is eligible to one privilege.  9.  True reserves the rights to suspend or cancel a claim for compensation in both cases i.e. accidental death and income compensation in case of admittance to the hospital due to accident if the user is terminated or terminates all True services as at the date of accident. 10.  This privilege is offered to users under terms and conditions set forth by True and cannot be transferred.  11. In the case where a transfer is possible and the existing user (transferor) has accepted this privilege, the new user (transferee) may confirm his/her acceptance of the privilege under terms and conditions set forth by True.
