The subscriber base decreased by 256 subscribers from the end of 2002 as a result of increased competitive action by provincial cable operators who are pirating their content. |

The subscriber base decreased by 16,946 subscribers for Q2 2003 as a result of increased competitive action by provincial cable operators who are pirating their content. And effective May 2003 we increased our price by Baht 160 inc. of VAT on all packages. This has resulted in some increased churn. The loss of the Nation channel in May 2003 also had some impact. |

We return to growth in Q3 and Q4 03 as the market has fully absorbed the price increase and our ongoing anti piracy efforts are beginning to yield results. Growth prospects will continue to improve as we continue to make progress on the piracy front. |

The subscriber base increased by 1,378 subscribers for the 3 months ended 31 March 2004 to 436,193 subscribers. Growth prospects continue to be affected by provincial cable piracy however the situation is improving as reflected by improving sales and churn numbers. |

The subscriber base increased primarily due to the group now recognizing revenue from TrueVisions content being viewed by subscribers in cable network which TrueVisions supplies the content through its appointed agent RNT. The Q2 04 subscribers include 6,600 equated RNT package subscribers. On a gross basis there are about 60,000 viewers over about 100 networks. If one excluded RNT subscribers net growth for the quarter would have been a negative 2,865. | |
